Adrian Harte’s second book and debt poetry collection, Red Rite Hand, was launched in Nyon, Switzerland on 13 September.

Presenter Pete Sanderson kept things in check, introducing readings from the author and several probing questions. He also found time to perform his own cover of the Nick Cave song and book title homonym Red Right Hand.
For many the highlight of the night was the speech from Howard Firkin, Creative Editor of the book publisher In Case of Emergency Press, who gave an impassioned treatise on the state of the publishing industry, and the need for space in it for poets like Harte.
The writer recited his poems Messi, Sunday Morning Petit-Lancy Tea-Room, The Currach in the Coachan, and Duel et Danse in French.
He thanks Pete Sanderson, Howard Firkin, John Harmon, Sachin Mehrish, Christel, Eloise and Elliott Harte, Paul Murphy, Zoe Crausaz and Kristina Abate.
The book Red Rite Hand is now on sale.
